Outlook inbox not displaying all emails received.

Please help, Outlook inbox is not displaying all emails received.

Missing emails do not appear in focus, other, or junk inboxes.

Inbox is not full, all filters are reset.

Missing emails can only be seen when using the search bar.

This issue occurs on phone and laptop, even after reinstallation of Outlook.

I am having exact same problem. Can only see if I type in recipients name.

I had the same problem like the other +1000 too.

None of the solution worked and then it hit me:

Private items aren't displayed in a shared mailbox in Outlook - Exchange | Microsoft Learn

Thats the reasion why the mails are displayed in the new outlook but not on the old. (new outlook is just the web-version build as an app).

• In Microsoft Outlook, items such as email messages or meeting requests that are in a shared mailbox andmarked as "Private"aren't displayed in the Inbox. This behavior is by design.

i have tried everything. Deleted emails to make space, but receive no email. the emails sent to me by a particular sender do not appear in junk or archive.

Please help.
