Please help, Outlook inbox is not displaying all emails received.
Missing emails do not appear in focus, other, or junk inboxes.
Inbox is not full, all filters are reset.
Missing emails can only be seen when using the search bar.
This issue occurs on phone and laptop, even after reinstallation of Outlook.

FYI - I am only using the Outlook.com website for email.
How do you switch back to the "old" Outlook? This is an account/display issue, not a 365, Outlook app, or other issue. I have been using Hotmail since it started, 25 years +, NO ISSUES EVER.

I am afraid my emails were deleted from the email server by my husband! I now have a problem with setting the new Outlook up. It won’t accept any password I have offered
Nothing from Microsoft but we have now found a workaround, the emails are visible if we use Outlook on the Web (OWA) or upgrade to the "New" Outlook directly from our Outlook Client. I am not impressed with the New Outlook so whenever I need to read a prior saved email I simply login to OWA and use that for same, hope this helps.
My outlook email only showing last search I did. Not showing all folders such inbox, etc.
