Pop up “your Microsoft account brings everything together keeps appearing on my outlook page and on Microsoft Word. I can’t close it and it prevents me from using those functions.

How can I close the Microsoft pop up titled Your Microsoft account brings everything together? It appears on my outlook screen and on my word documents and I can ‘t get rid of it. It prevents me from using those functions. I have rebooted but it keeps appearing. I can ‘t see any option to close it.

    Thanks for your help - This was driving me mad! as you said MS should check before adding a pop up like this and effect it can have,

    I have got rid of pop up now, and now know how to fix, but have you seen pop up again since you cleared it?

    Message to MS team, can you please resolve issue to prevent this pop up coming back?
