Pop up “your Microsoft account brings everything together keeps appearing on my outlook page and on Microsoft Word. I can’t close it and it prevents me from using those functions.

How can I close the Microsoft pop up titled Your Microsoft account brings everything together? It appears on my outlook screen and on my word documents and I can ‘t get rid of it. It prevents me from using those functions. I have rebooted but it keeps appearing. I can ‘t see any option to close it.

    I had the same problem and I was able to just expand the window out widthwise (I went to the right but if it lets you do left, I'm sure it will be fine) and I was able to get the Continue button to pop up and be usable.

    I actually just ran into this problem. I just expanded the tab and scrolled down and was able to hit continue. Hope this works and helps !

    I found out that you need to grab the top of the ad and shrink it down. The it shows the scroll bar to the left and then you can hit the button on the bottom. Drove me crazy for a few days!!... All good now.
