Pop up “your Microsoft account brings everything together keeps appearing on my outlook page and on Microsoft Word. I can’t close it and it prevents me from using those functions.

Everything was resolved for me.

My situation was the opposite of what some posted. Sizing was already correctly set to 100%, “Continue” was still gray, no option to click Continue, even though I could see the “Continue” button clearly without resizing.

My Solution:

I shrunk and resized the entire notification box. That is, if it took up 1/3 of my screen by default, I drug the mouse to the corner of the dialog box (to get the two way arrow) and “click dragged” to make the dialog box small. That allowed for the immediate appearance of the “scroll bar” inside the dialog box. When I used it to scroll down, I was able to click continue.

In short - click the corner of the dialog message box to resize it and the Continue Button will become clickable.

It has been reported elsewhere that you should be able to scroll the dialog box which will activate the Continue button. You may have to resize the dialog box first, to see a scroll bar.

You just need mouse to scroll down and your continue button will pop up. Done and clear.
