Outlook 365 Calendar view shows 12am regardless that Work Week of 8am-5pm is set up.

This only started in the past week.

Would it matter if any meetings are scheduled prior to 8am?

Or if a meeting is a recurring all day meeting?

This happens on my boss's calendar that I manage, not on mine if that helps.

    That worked for me. It's the first solution that worked. Thank you.

    I noticed that Outlook does this when you have an event on a secondary calendar that starts at 12 midnight, like an all-day event. Outlook is letting meeting times outside of working hours in the secondary calendar/s to force the view starting with 12 AM rather than defaulting to working hours.

    You may please try using the Office 365 Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) tool that can diagnose the Outlook problems. Please download the tool and run the Support and Recovery Assistant on the affected computer troubleshoot the issue. See: About the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant

    When I create a meeting in Outlook, the date is proposed as same day and time 8am with duration 30 minutes as saved in my option settings (left screen)

    But when I open the new meeting from same outlook settings but with "Teams add on", the start date is same day and time 12am and end date is next day with time 12am. (right side screen)

    How can it be resolved to propose per my outlook setting.

    May I know which Outlook 365 desktop client version are you using please provide us with the detailed screenshot information about this, see About Office: What version of Office am I using?

    I have checked on my side using latest Current Channel 2202 Build 14931.20132, can scroll up/down view shows 12 AM to 11 PM on Work Week which is work hours set to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on my calendar. However, the work hours color shade are different see screenshot below:

    Moreover, please provide us with detailed screenshot about your issue for further analysis.
