Outlook 365 Calendar view shows 12am regardless that Work Week of 8am-5pm is set up.

This only started in the past week.

Would it matter if any meetings are scheduled prior to 8am?

Or if a meeting is a recurring all day meeting?

This happens on my boss's calendar that I manage, not on mine if that helps.

    Start time was correct on both calendars. I even reset them both while both were open and it did not fix anything.

    Please seem my latest response that, at least temporarily, fixed the issue

    I did try something else and it does seem to work for now. I don't know if it will keep working.

    I closed one calendar (not just highlighted it) and then reset the times for the one that was still open.

    Then I opened the other calendar and closed the first one and reset the time settings.

    Now when I have both open it starts at the correct time.

    I have 2 or more calendars in the overlay mode. if I separate them in side by side mode the time is instantly fixed but if I close outlook and go back in the time is incorrect. If I join them again and separate them again the time is correct, so no sustainable fix that I could find. I have tried all the fixes on the post and even de-ticked all the calendars and then when the time is correct I re-ticked them and when restarting outlook the time is incorrect again. Very annoying and no permanent fix from MS even thought his has been discussed for ages.

    Mike Shirley offered 2 fix options - the first, more complex one has worked well for me. Unfortunately Microsoft does not appear to be commenting on and perhaps not working on resolving this annoying problem

    I also had this exact issue of my calendar start time always going to 12am when I would change to "email" and then change back to Calendar. From the info that Fabrizio Donnarumma provided, I too had 2 calendars showing in 1 view. I removed Calendar 2 and checked my setting for work hours, I then added calendar #2, removed #1, and checked the setting for work hours. Both had the correct settings of 8am - 5pm. I then went back to show both calendars and put them both in the same view, and now the problem is GONE! It works exactly like it should, and I cannot get it to fail, no matter what I do. I do not know which step got the problem to go away, but it did. I did not close the program or change any of the settings (although I did "OK" the settings screen, but didn't change anything) or anything else, just 4 simple steps.
