Outlook 365 Calendar view shows 12am regardless that Work Week of 8am-5pm is set up.
This only started in the past week.
Would it matter if any meetings are scheduled prior to 8am?
Or if a meeting is a recurring all day meeting?
This happens on my boss's calendar that I manage, not on mine if that helps.

Can those hours not be shown at all? I don't even want the color change; I don't want to see them at all. I only want work hours visible.
This fixed it for me. My work hours were previously set to 7AM - 4PM, but Outlook nuked those and set them to 12AM - 4PM for unknown reasons. I set the start time back to 7AM, closed and reopened Outlook, and now it works. Thank you!
The workaround fix: click to open one of your other calendars so that two are showing. It will reset your calendar to the work time periods found in your calendar settings (e.g., 8 am to 5 pm). You can then turn off that second calendar and the fix 'sticks.'
