How do I get my Outlook mail working again if I cannot generate a new password. I accidently added a folder under the inbox and when I tried to delete I could not. I then lost connection to AOL and could not connect to pull my email. I went to generate a password but I keep getting this feature not available right now.
How can I get my Outlook to pull my email from AOL again?

Someone said you have to try for several days until AOL determines you've been logged onto their platform long enough and then they'll allow you to generate a password. Which is such BS. They're basically holding us hostage. Their platform sucks. I'm so disgusted.

2023-02-18T16:21:24+00:00 Yes, after a couple of weeks of trying, had Microsoft help me, then decided to move to gmail, had aol forward all emails to gmail, tried one last time before notifying my contact list and it worked. I then stopped all progress toward gmail and sticking with AOL for now. As I learned about Gmail, though, it looked pretty capable. Not quite as convenient as Outlook, but acceptable. Anyway, I really got frustrated, but now am relaxed again........
