How do I move the Outlook 365 Navigation bar from the left side of the Outlook Window to the bottom of the window? The instructions I have researched do not show anything like what exists on my Outlook 365 program.

The vertical tool bar appeared on the left (for me) when my folder pane was absent. I found that if I select View -> Folder pane -> Normal then the folder pane reappeared, with the tool bar arranged horizontally at the bottom of the folder listing.
