Contact list grayed out in Outlook for Mac

Based on your description, I know your requirement. In fact, new outlook for mac does not have contact lists now. So the icon is greyed out. You can get more detailed information from New outlook for mac.

Microsoft is updating their products based on customers' need, believe this feature will be available soon. Please be patient to wait for some time. If you want to use this feature now, you can change back to the old outlook as the document said at any time. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.

I am also having this issue. Why would a mail program disable the ability to create distribution lists? This is ridiculous.

This was an issue over 2 years ago and I am having this issue. Is there a fix? If not, why is it taking so long? This was a stupid thing to remove!! This was a big reason that I use outlook!! I need to be able to add contacts and edit them. I want to be able to create groups like I was able to on windows pc.
