New Outlook for Mac does not show emails older than 30 days

Hello,

I needed to find an email that I keen the date that was send to me. So I start scrolling down to my Inbox. To my surprise, I could not scroll further than 30 days.

What's up with that? Only 30 days of ?

Is there a way for the New Outlook to increase that limit of showing only 30 days of emails?

Unfortunately searching in Outlook (either new or old look), seems to be getting worse and worse. Several people in my company have complained that search does not return all emails that should appear and it happened to me several times. So it is not that I can rely on search anymore.

If such simple things cannot be available, I could not imagine if Outlook for Mac will ever get feature parity with the Windows version.

    The last three days's email available is about as much use a chocolate teapot.

    Reverted to legacy Outlook and it works.

    Yeah that is sad situation, especially since considering this is a product coming from an organisation as large as Microsoft. Not only that, it is also a product we always regarded as the de facto email client for all our business requirements.

    New outlook IS something so weird that MS folks give us the chance to revert back to what was weird but now seems gold. Office for MAC 2016 features!!!

    Must dig into https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/the-new-outlook-for-mac-6283be54-e74d-434e-babb-b70cefc77439 and et voila you had a better than nothing outlook. Forget about old fantastic features that Made Outlook great….

    I just updated to the beta version 16.71 and I can now see old emails from years ago.

    Hi Same problem here.... the latest version of outlook for Mac is only showing the last 30 days emails....
