Microsoft account unusual sign-in activity from Russia

I know this question was asked before but the reply was closed and I noticed something important. The email is being sent from Microsoft domain , that means Microsoft domain is hacked already and sending these spams .

    Why does this spam even allowed to be sent to a persons junk mail when the email doesn't even have a legit email address from whom it came from. It should be stopped by microsoft and not even be sent persons email domain. "No from address, don't send email to junk mail."

    Totally agree: if you hover over the Report button, you will see that the address is not one from MSFT.

    Microsoft keeps sending me a code that is one digit too short to verify. This happen to you ? Trying to see the activity cuz I thought it was spam too.
