Microsoft account unusual sign-in activity from Russia

I know this question was asked before but the reply was closed and I noticed something important. The email is being sent from Microsoft domain , that means Microsoft domain is hacked already and sending these spams .

    because you told the spammer you have received their spam. They send you more spam.
