Microsoft account unusual sign-in activity from Russia

I know this question was asked before but the reply was closed and I noticed something important. The email is being sent from Microsoft domain , that means Microsoft domain is hacked already and sending these spams .

    GO TO THIS MICROSOFT PAGE-CHECK YOUR RECENT SIGN INS! https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/check-the-recent-sign-in-activity-for-your-microsoft-account-5b3cfb8e-70b3-2bd6-9a56-a50177863357 THIS WILL SHOW YOU WHO TRIED TO LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT. SELECT ANY THAT ARE NOT YOU! MS WILL TELL YOU THAT THESE ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN BLOCKED IF UNSUCCESSFUL.
