Currently, my inbox is set to see the emails as a conversation. However, I can't see my replies on the same email. Every time, I reply an email, it shows a "you replied on xxx" and I have to look for the email on my "Sent Items" folder which takes me time. Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

No arrow without the grouped convos as I have found out since. But the grouped thing isn't bad really. Means I can see my whole conversation in one area
Where are the arrows? This is driving me nuts.
Also no hyperlink option?!?! What the heck is that?
All I want is the little arrow to show in the reading pane on the left summary so I quickly know if I replied to people. I don't need the conversations grouped, I just need that little arrow! Help!
Yes, thank you, that worked--but my god, that's a moronically convoluted, buried, arcane way that MS has created just to be able to read an email string. Unfortunately, since this is company email, I can't bail on this foolishness and go to pretty much ANY other system. MS owns us.
