"New" Outlook: Add Shared Mailbox to Favorites

Hi,

I manage 3 mailboxes at work and made the mistake of switching to the new Outlook a bit early [my toggle to switch back is gone?] and it's totally messed up my workflow. I was able to find my shared mailboxes after several back and forth with my IT department. Now I need to add the inboxes of those shared mailboxes to my "Favorites" list so I don't have to scroll down constantly to work those accounts.

When I right click on the shared inbox there is no option to "Show in favorites" and I get the circle crossed out when I try to drag them into favorites. Also, in the Favorites folder when I click "Add to Favorites" it brings up something wonky, and mailbox folders don't appear to be an option.

Can anyone tell me how show these shared account folders in my favorites?

Thanks

CM

YES! And i can use my own signature and I can use the labels of the specific mailbox. For me these were the problems that stopped me from using the new Outlook. Now I can finally try it for real.

Same here. It now works. On to the next issue with this new outlook, move a message to a folder under a shared mailbox with a quickstep....

At the start of this I had to monitor my help desk inbox and drag emails from it to another mailbox to create tickets. Several months ago my manager decided EVERY email would become a ticket (we just changed the mailbox the system was watching) and this meant I no longer need this feature for myself BUT I have people every week who bug me about using the new outlook and most of them do need this feature so I sure hope they roll this out faster!
