Is this email from "Microsoft Outlook.com" legitimate?

On June 22 I received an email from "Microsoft Outlook.com", specifically: "Admin Desk • ******@live.ca" stating: "We are closing all old versions of our Mailbox as from June 23rd, Please follow the attached below to update .
Before upgrading your account, please ensure that your password is correct.
Failure to verify your account with the Microsoft Update Attached File."

Please tell me if this is legitimate?! Thank you.

    Thank you. I don't see a place to change my password on the phone...only to change the microsoft info/ password. I will need to go to a library computer.

    Please go ahead and delete the file. Other than that, change your email password as well and you should be good.
