Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
NO. I have blocked senders, set up rules and that didn't work, then changed my setting to have all unknown emails go to junk, the filtered the junk emails and ID'd safe senders emails, yet some of the safe senders still nw get sent to junk. I am still getting 70 odd spam a day all from different email addresses. I even tried to see see if I can identify a common host IP address in the message source and it seems they are all different and they are possibly piggybacking emails via other email addresses just to make things more complicated.
Microsoft support, almost seem independent from microsoft and basically conceded there is nothing more I can do until Microsoft decide to do something about this.
So I have been watching these threads for the past month and all is see is the same issues and no resolutions, except for users changing email hosts. There are talk of people taking out class actions but I haven't come across any to jump on to.
Ironically this all started after I signed up for 365.
If anyone has anything better to advise please do so.
