Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
I have a paid 365 account for many years and I'm getting spammed mercilessly also, so to me it isn't "a paid vs. non-paid account" issue.

Last week, my personal Outlook email started getting ~50 spam emails per day. I barely ever use this email address, so I am not sure how or why this began to happen. How can I stop all of this spam from getting to my inbox?
I have been flagging all of the emails as spam, but it doesn't seem to be stopping the influx of emails I am getting.

I had this email account for 24 years and NEVER had this problem until a few months ago! Way too much junk going into inbox!
I decided to report everything as junk or phishing, etc.
A week or 2 later it appeared to slow down a lot. Maybe got <10 in inbox per day at most which still shouldn't happen, but I sure couldn't complain considering the improvement. I also checked JUNK mail settings, but probably not enough.*
Same thing here, except that my account's age is not 24 years like your, but everything else you mentioned is pretty much the same with me. It's getting out of control, and nothing seems to stop the spam.

Just a few days ago, it started up again and worse!
* Woolly-time post on Feb. 27. CHECK THAT OUT - easy to follow. It 'appears' to have helped?
---Well, maybe not as much as I thought it did. I'm switching to gmail.
I have a paid subscription and this is still a huge issue for me! 70 - 80 emails every single day into my outlook in box, AND there's still that and more going into my junk, it's impossible to keep up. The junk settings are set correctly and I am continually reporting Junk / phishing but it's not stopping or slowing down.
My outlook is unusable. I would like to understand what Microsoft suggest to resolve this? All suggestions this far have been from fellow users, but MS is silent?
Hi there. I am experiencing the exact same issue. I am reporting and blocking the senders spam emails but they have tons of different emails they just keep sending it on. Did you find a solution? I can’t get the help anywhere. I tried to call Microsoft but they tell me to come online and that is all. I am receiving countless emails per day and I just want them to stop. Do I have to make a new email address? 😞
