Did quick parts disappear with the new outlook? I can't access my old quick parts or make new ones.

I use the quick parts function daily. The loss of this is going to slow my work down considerably. Can you please include this function in the new version of Outlook?

Its not the same - way less character's allowed

It's there, but it's not great by default. Go to "Help" and search for "quick parts". You'll be instructed to make a template from the My Templates option under Apps in the Insert Ribbon-tab. Also not useful is that the help menu is likely to cover the My Templates.

I'm still looking for a way to assign a keyboard shortcut or a quicker way to access the snippets that I'm happy I found.

Another option is to find a system app that supports snippets. I'm waiting on a amazing productivity Mac apps such as Raycast to come to Windows. This means you can insert a snippet anywhere where your cursor is. Windows may already have a feature like this, I'm unaware.

@Jennifer Springer Unless you are notifying us that the "Template"s code has been rebuilt to reflect the advance capability that quick parts this response is not helpful. The key is that Quickparts is what we want, and templates lacks the capability.

I reverted back to my old outlook 365. Just click the off switch in the top right corner. Quick parts will work again. I also noticed I had lost all of my email rules in the new outlook 365. I will wait until they get all of the features working again.
