Outlook is returning Remote Server returned '421 4.3.2 Service not available' for two of my groups.outlook.com groups

Yesterday and today outlook.com is refusing all group email.
I have two different groups that I use weekly. Today I get this message.'

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH OUTLOOK GROUPS??

I create a NEW group to test and it ALSO returns the same error.

    As well as owner, I'm a member of the group and received the email. I also checked with one of the members and he received it as well and I received an unprompted reply from another member.

    OK. You aren't having the same problem that's in the original post, an inability to send a group email.

    I thought I had seen an article about these @mts.outlook.com addresses recently, but I can't find it now.

    Since legitimate recipients are receiving your messages, I would consider this to be an irritating but non-serious issue that Microsoft will resolve at some point.
