my yahoo mail comes in unread able as it is scrambled words how to correct this

This thread concerns Yahoo mail being read on the Windows 10/11 Mail app. That's not clear in many of the posts in this thread.

There isn't a fix for this. At present, the workaround is to read these messages at https://mail.yahoo.com with a browser.

Thank you. I finally did sign in to Yahoo and am able to see my emails now. It is also a newer version than I as using.

I am having the same problem using the Yahoo App on my laptop however if I go to Yahoo.com and sign in email without using the app I can read all the emails just fine.
