Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 and I'm awaiting an upddate to be rolled out as my Outlook is crashing upon opening the app.
Extremely frustrating!

My Outlook App won't open. I'm receiving notifications that I'm getting new mail and I can read the first couple of lines (in the notification ) but if I want to open the email to read the who thing by double clicking on it the email tries to open through the app and this crashes. To resolve this, I've already updated all the apps on my phone, rebooted the phone twice (once with a full reset). I have then tried to uninstall the outlook app and reinstall it but it says you need to deactivate the app first and you can't do this. I've also checked that the rest of the MS apps are working (word / excel etc) and they seem to be opening fine
Not sure how to resolve this issue as I didn't realise how much I read my emails on my phone until this glitch happened!
I hope you wonderful community can explain what's happening and how to resolve it

I just uploaded the latest version - all ok.
I just downloaded Outlook and it was version 4.2244.1.
I am having the same problem and am unable to read my work emails or see my ever changing calendar due to it crashing. Very frustrating!
I believe a fixed has been released. I did see something on another forum that the version 4.2245.1 fixes the issue.
