New Outlook won't let me add my outlook email account.

Hi,

I found that adding a existing outlook account to the New outlook, I tried all the suggested fixes then noticed the software during the add account process changed one lower case letter in my email address to an upper case, the server could not be found, i manually changed this back to a lower case and the software found the server and add and imported all old messages straight away. But once imported it still showed the email header with the capital.

It was in the ******@outlook.com addreess that the software changed to ******@outlook.com, manually changed.

I hope this helps other people.

I make everything but the outloop sent me the same issue.

I have no idea how to do what you suggested which is to "Delete all mailboxes from new outlook
Change Microsoft account alias from custom @xyz.com back to default @outlook.com".

Would you be able to explain how to do this? Thanks.
