All Junk hotmail coming to inbox started today 20 Feb 2023

All hotmail / outlook Junk mail coming to inbox ?

Despite these emails still saying they are classed as junk. This has suddenly started today.

I've cleared my cache and deleted all in junk box.

Can't find any settings in junk mail other than safe senders list .

    dozens of spam emails on a daily basis now... they seem to go both into the inbox and sometime the spam folder...
    it has made hotmail unusable... looking into switching to gmail next

    Hi Alison

    When I mailed you Clare Barclay e address, it was asterisked out by this site. So, put a dot between her names plus at plus microsoft dot com. I found it by signing up to RocketReach, an info search engine. All that was required being my email address.

    Correction. clare.barclay@microsoft.com.

    Apparently her net worth is USD 100 million, if that makes you feel any better. Something smells rotten in the Kingdom (Queendom?) of Microsoft.

    I’d like this CEO’s email as Microsoft do not answer. I still do not get emails ie I reset my Zwift password today and no emails came through from Zwift even though I added them to contacts and safe sender lost again. Losing the will to live with hotmail emails getting blocked. Only started in February.

    I am in full agreement with everything you say, they are basically crooks. Not sure if you saw that yesterday I emailed Clare Barclay, CEO of Microsoft UK (clare.barclay @hotmail.com), but (assuming correct address) I have neither received an acknowledgement nor reply. If I haven't had either by next Monday I will take the matter further. All the best, Jonathan.
