I was having an issue figuring out how the spell check worked. My coworker said when you are in a New Message window, and the Message tab, at the top far right of the ribbon, click the "..." and go down to Editor, and then Editor Settings.

At first, when I tried this, Editor was greyed out, but it might have been because I was already in the middle of composing an email. When I opened a new message I was able to get to the Editor Settings.

All the settings were already enabled, but it seemed I had to open the Editor settings at least once for it to "activate" Now spell check works in my Outlook.

Right-clicking a misspelled word won't work. You have to left-click the word to see the spell-check suggestions.

    Why would Microsoft remove such a valuable feature like 'check before sending' from new outlook. This is a safety net for anyone that has issues with spelling or makes small errors whilst typing emails, especially where shortcuts (CTRL&ENTER) are used to send emails.

    The manual way of checking spellings and adjusted mistakes is painfully slow and not as user friendly.

    Yes. I have been using the "new" version of Outlook for 15 minutes and I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get to my "old" Outlook. No spell check stinks!

    The spell checker although underlining the misspelt words does not offer any suggestions, as the previous Spell checker did.

    Even by right or left clicking on the mouse, over the miss spelt work or phrase, no suggestions appear. This is very poor to the previous Spell and Grammar Checker in the original outlook.

    Spell check will identify misspelled words, but does not allow me to right click and correct.
