Please advise where I can find File and other toolbars such as Insert, Reference, etc in Outlook?. Currently I'm only seeing Home, View and Help toolbars.

Thank you,

Tina

I am particularly looking for the File tab because it seems to be the only way to access the " Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items " check box.

Please advise, on how do we Unblock picture downloads for all messages. I have been struggling with this on the new outlook and the new website version.

I do not want to keep clicking on the "Download Images" link for every email I get. It is too stressful. The Mac Application does not give me this issue.

The New Outlook for Windows does not support importing mail. You can import CSV files to contacts and ics files to the calendar.

The new Outlook is Outlook on the web in an application framework.

I have Windows 10 and used to have the Toggle to switch to new Outlook, which I never used because the New Outlook lacks many features that the old Outlook had that makes it convenient to add/copy files and paste as picture or any other format as options to choose from. Now the toggle was automatically taken away and I want it back so I can communicate and put together documents the way I want them to look, NOT in formats forced by the New Outlook defaults, which are very inefficient and inappropriate, most of the time. PLEASE give the users a choice on which version of Outlook is best for their specific needs.

None of this worked. As usual, it seems that the options have changed since you wrote this.

    Hello RenaldoB,

I am also having the same issue, but my concern is that there doesn't seem to be a file button. I mostly used the file option to save email templates for work to make workflow easier but I don't see a way to do that. Where can I see my account information and be able to change the account that I am signed in as? Here is the Outlook icon that I have
