'File' and other toolbars in new Outlook 2023

Please advise where I can find File and other toolbars such as Insert, Reference, etc in Outlook?. Currently I'm only seeing Home, View and Help toolbars.

    yes i do diane.

    i just bought new laptop with new ms 365 (personal) office all installed..

    that is why i feel this is really strange.

    Do you have office installed? Any suite except the home and Student suite will include outlook.

    HI Diane,

    NO, i cannot see this file in either location you mentioned. that is really weird and frustrating. Maybe because mine is brand new so they do not want me to use it?

    hence i was asking if there is a link to download the outlook.exe file.

    The Microsoft Editor currently handles Spelling and Grammar in Outlook New:

    If you find the editor grey and unavailable, go to Settings > General > Privacy and Data > Privacy Settings and turn on the switch for Turn on experiences that analyze your content to enable it

    Do you have the other office apps in either of these locations?

    "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16"

    if you use 32-bit Office, it is here -

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16"
