'File' and other toolbars in new Outlook 2023

Please advise where I can find File and other toolbars such as Insert, Reference, etc in Outlook?. Currently I'm only seeing Home, View and Help toolbars.

    hi, i just bought the new version of ms 365.

    i followed your instruction to try to get the good old version of outlook but cannot even find OUTLOOK.EXE under either folder? :(

    desperated...

    is there a link that i can download this old /ggod version? thanks

    Outlook as it is known now has become a nightmare. I started with it back when it was hotmail.

    It formats my emails as I write them placing a capital letter at the start of each new line whether or not it is a new sentence. The help was worthless. Spent hours online with support. no solution.

    I will switch to gmail and hope for the best. email comes in from my email address and cannot be blocked. Report is no longer working. I select junk emails and click report. They disappear but when I come back to the folder they are not gone...

    I am trying to get the New Outlook to communicate with QuickBooks Desktop in order to send invoices out. The instructions for fixing the integration issue requires a fix, the instructions for which are: To install this update, select File> Office Account > Update Options > Update Now. 

    If there is no File tab, how the bloody heck am I supposed to get this fix installed, pray tell.

    This answer is NOT helpful.

    There are no three dots on the side of my ribbon.

    The View all Outlook settings tab does NOT show up when I click on the settings gear.

    I need to get to the File tab so I can change settings to allow communication with QuickBooks Desktop.

    Why on earth should I switch to the new version if there is no easy access to the most basic functions?
