outlook.live.com quick actions moved to far right of email and I can't move them back beside Sender/From and Subject.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.

Thanks

As a former programmer I can guess how this happened - MS outsourced the email system to another country, different cultures have a different way of looking at things. What they see as logical may not be for an American.

MS gave the contractor an email modification project, the contractor completed it, MS signed off on it and it went into production. The contractor's staff went onto their next project and there was no facility to go back and make changes. So no one at MS cared to read the responses.

Just a guess, but we know companies outsource offshore to save money and the customer sucks it up.

I, too am angry about this, going all the way to the right is so counterintuitive! What were they thinking???!!!

This change happened while I was looking at my email, and I thought I clicked on something, inadvertently changing the column order. No, info popup to explain the insane reorder of columns, nothing. I searched desperately for the last hour trying to revert to the original order and now that I see someone purposely did this, I'm livid!

WHY?! So you can make it that much harder to weed 💩emails so you don't exceed the 15 gb limit, forcing us to give up and pay a stupid sub fee?!

M$ sucks as usual. Just giving us more of a reason to find a more reasonable software solution. I've had M$ live.com email for years and this IS A DEAL BREAKER, IMO... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
