You're absolutely right! Didn't know about this possibility, are going to do it right now!

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.
Thanks

M$ must hire jr level interns from a foreign country. This is another disgusting move - just like re-organizing menu options in office causing multiple clicks to get a simple task accomplished. Just clueless in Redmond.
