I have multiple inboxes flowing into my Outlook clients on MacOS, iOS, formerly Windows 10, but now can't find that functionality for a joint inbox in my Windows 11 version. Please help!

Favorites/Inbox would be a solution if it did not take at least 5 seconds to appear and if it was selected when the program opens. Currently it jumps to the next Inbox under Favorites.

I agree, this is rubbish. I have only changed to Outlook because of the threats to close the old trustworthy Mail. My resistance to Outlook is confirmed.

Not having a unified Inbox wastes my time. GET IT FIXED

Almost ALL other Windows email handling programs have unified inboxes. Even Microsoft Mail has a unified inbox. Your answer is not valid. Other examples: Thunderbird, eM Client, Time and Chaos Intellect. Want more?

This is a needed feature. I too switched back to PC from Mac and I have 5 email accounts for multiple businesses and it is a nightmare keeping up with multiple inboxes. Simply put, MS Outlook got kicked to the curb for Mailbird which gives me unified for both email and calendar. MS needs to get these two features going for PC.

Yup, I just deleted 40 plus "other" emails with my phone app.

That's just one half day's worth, otherwise if I opened my mail app on my PC I would have had to sort through all that ****.
