Quick actions - location changed in inbox?

I agree with EVERYBODY.

This is the most <removed> change imaginable. It makes a whole lot of sense to have to mouse CLEAR across the screen to use one of those quick actions. I actually just check marked a bunch and then went to the top of the screen and chose "..." and did what I needed to that way. I will save many miles of wear and tear on my mouse and its pad.

If it's not broke, don't fix it!

If you think that you can improve on it, make it an option that folks can initiate or undo themselves. Then the developers can 'see' how well it is used or not.

I don't have time to go here and go there and type up complaints about so called improvements.

I can change to one of the other email providers that I have a lot faster. Nobody should have a shortage of those these days. I send all the junk stuff to gmail so that google will have enjoyment learning NOTHING about me and my mail.

WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO CHANGE TO THE READING PANE WHICH AT LEAST IS AN OPTION!!!. There have been sooo many complaints about this change they need to change it back. Last time I checked we are the CUSTOMER!

Please see earlier post and please, please also post your dislike for this change here or else the parties responsible will not see this thread and we will have to continue to live with this. By using the "reading pane" you are also opening email that you would otherwise you would just delete, such as "spam". To my of way of thinking this is not a fix nor an option that I wish to use. They just need to listen to the users and change it back. This has been going on for over a week.

I have the same problem - I am extremely dissatisfied with the quick actions located now on the right.

I use large 27" screen and Outlook layout without email preview, so the icons are now located about 40cm/feet+ away from the email sender and subject column. This is causing large delays to me when I'm processing my emails and it hurts my productivity.

Please bring the quick actions back to where they were located originally and where I was able to use them quickly when processing my inbox, thanks!

I'm a hotmail.com user and noticed this change occurred today (5/17). It makes zero sense to move the 'quick actions' to the far right of the screen, because now you have to look on the left side to view the sender/subject, then move your eyes all the way to the right, making sure not to move your mouse off that line, to see the quick actions. Then move your eyes all the way left again for the next message.

Because of the change in quick action location, it's actually faster to NOT use them and instead use the options along the top row for manipulating mail items.

I don't get why anyone even considered making this change in the first place, it makes zero sense. At the very lease give us the option to move it back to the original spot.

Any updates on this case?
