Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.
I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.
My NEW Outlook unexpectedly stops working ALWAYS AGAIN approx. 3 - 4 times a week (now even more often) and the messages appears: "ACCESS DENIED (+ LOGIN REQUIRED)".
MY SOLUTION: I have noticed, that the problem can be solved always at once by SIGNING IN to Edge browser again (It is then so asked to do in Edge) - first appears this message in Edge:
SEE THE ATTACHMENT SCREENSHOT BELOW!
After signing in succesfully --> this message appears: "Syncing is in use"!
In green color.
And NEW Outlook starts working normally! (But finally you have to start NEW Outlook again)
I have also used for many years the PAID Microsoft 365 (Office) Outlook – there have NEVER been any this kind of error!
And when I start Windows, it AUTOMATICALLY signs in to Edge! I have adjusted my Windows-settings so.
I do not know at all, WHY THIS RE-SIGNING IN TO EDGE HELPS TO REPAIR NEW OUTLOOK WORKING AGAIN OR IS IN GENERAL REQUIRED??
COULD SOMEBODY TELL?
