Access Denied in New Outlook

I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.

I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.

This drove me crazy, and it was a simple fix, although by accident. Open edge, go to settings/history, and delete all time, every category. In my case the website was stored in a cookie, that cleared when I erased history. Cant promise it will work for you, but it did for me!

Same issue here, was fine till the new outlook, now I cant even change it back to the old outlook

But – you can use OWA (Outlook Web App). It has always worked well without problems!
