Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
I simply went back to the old Outlook which works fine. I'll wait until I no longer have any choice to use the New Outlook again.

I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.
I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.

With all due respect, but I do need to mail today. I can’t wait after sharing feedback while getting zero reply nor confirmation and just wait. I think we all know how Microsoft Costumer Service works, or better said, not works.
7 months later, problem is still there....
Having this issue today over and over. It works for a while, then suddenly asks to sign in again.
Just started happening to me as well. Solution was extremely easy - Turn OFF MFA/2FA. Problem solved. MS automatically turned on the requirement for MFA on 2 of my inboxes without my knowledge or consent. It actually crashed my laptop continuously every time I opened "New Outlook". I turned off MFA and problem solved.
Our IS department would sooner lend me their wives for a night than disable MFA.
