When your in an email, there are usually up and down arrows top right on the page, allowing me to scroll to the next/previous email...

They aren't there today, is this a glitch or have Microsoft once again updated the look of Outlook and removed a REALLY useful feature???

Outlook | Windows | Classic Outlook for Windows | For home

Katherine/Microsoft, please add these navigational arrows back to be able to quickly go from email to email. Why you eliminated these is beyond me. I have searched on the support page on how to directly contact Support, but you dont make it easy. Please listen to your end users and add back to the web version please.

This change along with the move of the delete, etc. icons to the extreme right of each message line, is a terrible change that needs to be changed back to previous locations. One must conclude that the first change of moving the delete and other icons was Microsoft wanting us to shift our eyes to the advertisements. Now they have removed the up and down arrows so we will again not be distracted from the advertisement.

How about listening to Outlook users and keeping features that were convenient, logical and part of what everyone liked about Outlook.

You are losing people because of the changes you are making.

No, didn't work for me. I have a better idea . . . REINSTATE THE ARROWS .... simple!! Why does Microsoft always insist on changing things that are NOT for the better?

    Same problem with Hotmail....

Ctrl > and Ctrl < work so at least that's something.

But when you are busy with your mouse it still is inconvenient to have to go back with your hands...
