Why have all of my emails suddenly disappeared from my inbox?

How do I contact Hotmail support uk? I need to speak to someone as my emails have vanished and Ive tried all remedies.

This is the second time I have lost all my emails in Outlook 365. I have 2 email accounts with Bigpond and all inbox emails have disappeared and are not recoverable from the server. the first time this happened I had clicked on the option to try the New Outlook - it wanted me to re-configure the email server account information. At that point I seem to have lost the emails so I reverted to the old Outlook. It has been working normally until today when once again I have lost all inbox emails for both email accounts and they are not recoverable from the Bigpond Server. This problem is only affecting the inbox emails, all my saved folders are intact. I can't be sure if this is an Outlook problem or a Bigpond problem.

There was an issue with Yahoo itself. They sent out an email acknowledging it and all emails were restored within a few days of their email.
