    I agree. Since Outlook has changed & updated it has gotten worse. Two hundred of my emails have gone today & I did not accidentally delete them. I went into the 'deleted' file & none was there, they have disappeared into the ether, and it is maddening & especially if they are work emails. If it wasn't for the fact I have had this email address for over sixteen years & most of my contacts are there I would be changing email providers.

    why the **** is my emails vanishing in my hotmail when i try to click them! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! i keep searching the net for HOURS and i cant even get a hold of a human being in support to chat with WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS MICROSOFT!
