How to I reorder the columns in Outlook online?

Please, please fix this. It is infuriating to end users. It was perfectly useable before and now we are forced to search endlessly for solutions to something that we thought we might have inadvertently selected or clicked ony to discover it has been changed by the developers. I can only echo the sentiment of others in that this current (and un-customizable) layout is counterintuitive. Please Microsoft, listen to those of us who use this interface as our daily email client!

This new column order is maddening. How can we change this back to From, Received, Subject.

Yes, we want this to be changed back where we can re-arrange the columns again. We like the mark read, flag, etc. moved from the far left to the right again.

Agree, this was obviously not thought out. I have noticed another problem, the folder column width cannot be adjusted. The slider arrow shows but doesn't move the border.

Until they figure out a fix to our flag issue...I made a minor adjustment and it seems to work for me...go into the Outlook settings by clicking on the gear icon at the top right...you'll see choices of display density and I chose "Cozy"...then I scrolled down to "reading pane" and chose "show on the right"....that's it, now the messages are easier to see with flags, delete and dates nearby...when you open a message it shows much larger... it's not perfect but it works for me...good luck everyone!!
