How to stop Outlook 365 retrieving template

I have multiple accounts in my outlook. Something changed on one of the accounts over the past week. When I click on one of the accounts to start a new email, I get the below dialog box which slows my ability to create a new message or see read messages since it hangs up the account for 15-30 seconds. Any advice n how to resolve the matter, including stop retrieving the templates in outlook?

Thank you,

Brad

hopefully the 2303 does fix this - so frustrating. I can confirm that 2302 does NOT contain the fix.

I apologize it is taking a long time to get this fix. We keep advocating for it, but other issues keep getting prioritized over it. The issue has been investigated but the fix has not been implemented yet. The bug currently shows scheduled to be included in Version 2303 ETA ~3/27/23.

I will get the known issue updated to reflect the latest status, Outlook prompts “Retrieving templates from server” after selecting the From field drop down - Microsoft Support.

I have narrowed it down to emails which I receive that have a "Business Use Only" flag.
