I currently have several signature saved and they still show up as an option to use. However, if I go to edit any of them, one one comes up as an option to edit. The other signatures that I can use no longer are in the list. I would usually have about 20+ to choose from and edit. It is only showing my default signature

setting "signature on this devices" does not fix the problem
as we can not create new signature
nor modify a signature
that is really unacceptable. i know dozen of colleagues who suffer the same problem !

We solved this issue (which came about after a recent update) by disabling roaming signatures (whereby signatures are now saved in mailbox settings in the cloud and not locally), refer to the following link on how-to-do:
