My Facebook was hacked and the email address changed without my consent. How do I get it back?

My Facebook was hacked, and the email address was changed to s*****************@hotmail.com and my original two email addresses were deleted from the Profil. How can you help me to log in again, or find out the email address that’s being used for MY Facebook account, so that I can gain it back or take legal actions against the hacker???

Hi, so getting my account back wasn’t that easy. I had to send in my ID twice, to verify it’s me. Trying to log in from a browser that I had precise used helped. While it took some time for them to actually send me a verification code, the hacker put down a second email address. I was able to remove them once I got access again.

I went to the forgot my password page when logging in and clicked no longer have access to these, then I was asked for my ID & I believe to describe the reason for verification. It took like 4 or 5 days to get back into it the account and set up two factor verification, but the sending in my ID & proving it’s me was the way to go, as there’s no direct way of contacting Facebook with this issue.

    Hello,

    You can find the email address on my profile. When you write an email, be sure to write the name under which the Facebook profile is kept and the email address that was put instead of yours.

    If he can do something he will let you know.

    Is it ok to people give me email address which is now on they accounts instead they real ones?

    That is not something that is wrong with rules here?

    I really don't know what that guy did it , probably have something with hacking but he gave me my account back when nobody else could not. And he didn't took my money in advance , when he was sure that he can recover my profile than he asked to pay him.

    You can put an email address on your Profile page here. I would leave that address on the page only as long as necessary.
