New email -  insert - horizontal line (can only be added to the body)  Same result with new and reply emails.

Thank you for your posting in our forum. To better understand your issue, could you please share more details about “Horizontal Line is not a full line and is inserted centered”? Issue occurs when composing a new email? Did you mean Insert a line (Outlook->Insert->Shapes)? Here’s my test with 1902 (build 12325.20288) :

If you have different scenario, please do not hesitate to let me know, you can share one screenshot of issue symptom with us for checking. Besides, try to check updates for Office 365 suite (Outlook->File->Office account->Update Options->Update Now) to see if there’s any new release and symptom would disappear by this way.

When we tried to make a horizontal line in Outlook’s body message, it gives me a full line and not a centered line. Could you please provide us a screenshot of the specific concern? This way, we will have a better overview of it, and we can come up with an accurate solution. Here is a link for instructions on how to include screenshots in your reply.

Outlook Horizontal Line is not a full line and is inserted centered in the body of the email.  First noticed on Version 1912 Build 1235.20288.  Looking for a fix.  Anybody else seeing this issue?
