My friends, I return today with news of victory. My account was also randomly locked for no reason and I was left with no responses either.
Then I came across the Better Business Bureau.
Not everyone will have access too these people, but the ones who do can get helped greatly.
At the start of my ordeal I was just filling out the form I was redirected too and getting a confirmation email from Microsoft, but that's all I would ever receive. I never got a email telling me how my process was going and the SIR number attached too my
form submissions had no way of being tracked by myself or Microsoft support because apparently nobody has any way of actually contacting these account gods and you just have too wait for them.
I waited about a month and then I came across the BBB.
On the website you just open a new case with them and type your whole situation out because that will serve as the base for the entire process, I just explained how I was randomly locked out for no reason and wanted access too my purchases.
These guys responded very quickly and always gave me a weekly update even if Microsoft had done nothing too unlock me yet.
I have no idea why it was so hard too do and took almost 4 months but something was defiantly wrong on Microsofts end. I had things happen to me like them telling the BBB too get me too fill out the acsr form and having them confirm me as the owner but not
send me anything too get my account back and just got told too fill out another form for nothing too happen. In the end I didn't even need a code or anything, Microsoft just emailed me saying my account was unlocked and I signed in like normal.
So yeah if you guys have access too the BBB and your not getting a response or your account back after even a week or so id say too contact them, because I only started getting responses back once I got them involved. The updates they provide are awesome
and super easy too respond too, just make sure you click reject offer if you haven't gotten your account back so they keep your case open and continue too pursue. It may take a little bit but just keep on it and you should succeed.
Long live 8th street and long live the battle too free our trapped brothers and sisters.
