Microsoft (Hotmail) Account Locked (Compliance Lock)

My Microsoft account is locked with Compliance Lock since for 11 days now, with no end in sight.

I get the following message when I try and log in:

Your account has been locked.

We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

Unlocking your account

To unlock your account, you'll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we'll get you to the right place.

I have completed the Account Reinstatement form ((https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/concern/AccountReinstatement)) and got this reply:

This is an automated message to let you know we have received your inquiry regarding your Microsoft account. Your request number is xxxxxxxxx and we will get back to you as soon as we are able. Please do not submit additional requests as this will add additional volume and only slow our response.

We sincerely apologize for this delay as we know this means you may not have access to your account. We are working to resolve your case and will update you as soon as we have additional information.

All duplicate requests will be closed and responses will be sent on the original escalation.

I still haven't heard back. I can't access my email/contacts/calendar/OneDrive and it's very frustrating. I have important emails I cannot access. There is supposed to be contact within 24 hours – it is now 11 days!

    Can you provide me emailID fo Satya Nadella? Please my account has been locked and it contains all my critical data. If I lose I would become insolvent and the only things left for me would to end my life

    I had the same issue. 

    I would NEVER had this problem with google. They have a good support and if that ever happend, you could just contact them, take a picture with your ID and done, they unlock it.

    This is an absurd. I've lost 20+ years of data, including pics, email, contact... 

    I'm serious piss of with microsoft. 

    BTW I didn't do anything wrong at all. My account I've only used for emails and store some files. 

    No consideration at all that they have.

    I had to cancel my credit card. Microsoft monster is so big, even they cannot control what they do.

    so frustrating we paid for the service and they still will not tell us what we did worng to get locked out. I have moved on and will now use my personal cloud after being taught an important message about the power of these giants.

    Shame on you Microsoft.

    same issue here but inmy case microsoft also keeps invoicing me for the data thats on their cloud and they refuse to answer. no matter what my prorbem is, theyt dont communicate anymore with me.

    so how can i stop this and get my money back at least
