Family Calendar Missing

Hi.

My family and I have created a Microsoft family group. When clicking the 'plan family events' link in the family home page we are all taken to our personal calendars but there is no 'Family Calendar' under the 'Other Calendars' list. Can someone please suggest a cause of this issue and/or a remedy?

The family calendar has never been visible for any of us and we created the family group approx. 48 hours ago.

Thanks.

Ross

I logged a case with Microsoft Outlook.com team, who referred me to the Office team, who then told me it was a server issue and referred me back to the Outlook.com team. I'll keep everyone posted on the progress of this little drama.

I forgot to say that I also tried to install Outlook for iOS and that the calendar doesn't "appear" either.

Let's say that if all those features are supported by the Outlook software (installed on a MAC or a PC), how come it doesn't work for the "free" version of Exchange we are using right now? But it is still possible to share calendars using a Hosted Exchange Server.

If Microsoft pulled the plug on that feature, just let the users know...

Same here.  I was using live.com - its seems that our family calendar has moved from 'Other Calendars' to 'Groups' which is why I cant sync with native iOS app

Same issue here. It all stopped to work between our family members with iOS devices and Outlook Office 365 client. On August 13th, around noon, the calendar (and group feature) simply disappeared from everywhere (except if we login to hotmail.com and go into the Calender, the group "Family Calendar" is there.

I've opened a ticket to Microsoft's customer support and the technician finally it seems like a server issue (since I've mentionned that I've tried everything, including removing / re-addin the Outlook addresses into the iOS devices and/or Outlook clients). Creating a new Outlook profile didn't help either. Upgrading to latest iOS version didn't help.

The technician didn't have an ETA for a solution for us.

What I found weird, the technician wrote that the information is not available to the public.

Is it because we are using the free version of the Exchange service?

Using a hosted Exchange Server for many years prior to using only the free hotmail's services, I never had those kind of issues sharing calendars.

I'm having the same issue, and I also don't see anything related to the Family Calendar on the service status portal. I see that this last message was posted on 7/9/20; have you had any resolution since?
