Outlook 365 not opening in Windows 11

I noticed that Outlook did not open automatically in Windows 11 like it should when I rebooted, so I tried to start it manually. That didn't work either. Not even running "outlook /safe" worked.

Am I missing something here?

    You failed to describe what to do when Outlook won't open in Safe mode.

    I have found on windows 11 resetting my wifi thru the wifi settings page will make outlook be able to send emails for some reason and that resolves the issue I had.

    Now on windows 10 I have been having an issue with outlook booting. To resolve this I go to Windows 360 page and re-download 360.

    Go figure, but this is how I resolve the issues in just a few minutes.

    I don't even have step 3 and 4. they don't come up for me.

    I didn't even realised I'd installed Windows 11 and when Outlook didn't work it annoyed me even more. Your remedy sorted me out and blood pressure is back to normal!
