Hi,
When logging in to any Microsoft service I receive the message:
Your account has been locked
We’ve detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.
Unlocking your account
To unlock your account, you’ll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we’ll get you to the right place.
When I follow the link and fill out the form I received the reply that I violated the Code of Conduct and won't be able to access the services anymore. Any charges to my linked credit card will be stopped.
It does not tell me how I violated the Code of Conduct, nor does it tell me how to reinstate my account, while the form I filled out is called "account reinstatement". It also does not tell me how to retrieve my data.
The form states: "Your account has been suspended for suspicious activity, sending unsolicited emails, or for violating of Microsoft’s Terms of Use agreement, such as hosting photos, video or other content in violation of the Code of Conduct."
I'm pretty sure though I did not send SPAM or hosted/posted/shared inappropriate content. As for suspicious activity, I'm not sure what is included here, but I'm a basic user of the services.
What I would like to know is:
I've called and chatted with support, local and world-wide, for different services, but all are receiving the same answer from the CDOC team, as can be found under ticket number ***removed for privacy***, which I find unacceptable.
It's been 14 days now... Please help!
Regards,

Hello , i think that no one cares of us at microsoft . The european support is based in morocco or tunisia , most of the people on the line have no knowledge of microsoft services , they only follow a script , if your question is not in the script they redirect you to a closed number or to a form .
Hello, another person in this nightmarish situation here! I've been locked out of my MS365 account for over a week, due to "violation of terms and conditions". Which needless to say I hadn't done - for example I'd barely sent any emails, certainly not at a volume that would flag up as spam, the content of my OneDrive is the most benign/boring collection of documents ever, etc etc. So kind of worrying that the AI (or maybe just a plain ol' algorithm) that has flagged up my, and others' content is obviously not fit for purpose, and there's no checks and balances in place! And frankly feels like you're being libelled with unsubstantiated claims form Microsoft that you've done any of the horrible things listed!
I've tried: filling in the form (no response), contacting Microsoft support (platitudes, directed to another form, then ignored), and phoning the support line several times (responses include: patronising explanation about how to reset a forgotten password- which is not the problem, and *I* had to explain to the operative the difference between blocked and locked accounts; told I need to use Microsoft Edge as it would *definitely* work on that; promised a call back which never happened; and hung up on when one operative obviously ran out of questions to ask). Is the customer support team genuinely not aware of Microsoft's actual processes, or is this just a stalling tactic as they've got to work their way through so many accounts erroneously locked they've now got a huge backlog?
I've also asked several times about getting my data exported - which you have a right to under GDPR Article 20 assuming you're covered by it - which no one at Microsoft seems to know how to do. Pretty sure the locking process itself ought to be explained under the Right to Be Informed (in UK DPA, forget what article that equates to in GDPR) as it seems to be an automated decision/ possible profiling?
It seems awfully convenient that they're able to take your subscription money, then completely withdraw the service without providing any evidence to back up their decision to do so.
Obviously any suggestions welcome...
Hello. I was a playstation user and decided to switch to xbox because of fanatic advices that the support is great . Honestly i don't need support for common , but in this case i need support and therebis no support .

If your in the usa or uk, try small clames court to get your investment back. Im not sure how it will go but if they not willing to say why there they will have to refund you.
